The Rap of Irregular English Verbs

I am sure every now and then, the English teacher who has to teach something boring like English irregular verbs need to spice things up in his/her own way. What better way there is than to make difficult things into a rap song.

No matter whether you learn or not as efficiently as your teacher wish you to, you will at least be able to sing along :) which is pretty much the whole purpose of learning a new language.

Update: I am reading my post again in the year 2018, and it seems I had a lot of growing up to do :) but yeah, I did not change anything that will take away the message from my post. I'll cut it short, enjoy the enjoy :) and have a good day.

Difficulties of Writing Research Thesis in English Literature

Difficulties of Writing Research Thesis in English literature
It is sometimes mandatory to write a thesis for the completion of your degree. I say “sometimes” because there are some intuitions which allow their students to opt for courses rather than going for thesis and research. However, the case may be, writing a thesis is a very technical process and requires a certain expertise from the student. A student needs to have a great interest in research and should be aware of the sources from which he or she can collect data. In addition to research, the writing skills of a student need to be apt. If a student is unable to write lucidly, he or she may lose the chance of getting an excellent grade in their thesis.
Writing a thesis is not difficult if you have a clear idea in your mind of the direction you want to choose. There is always a new ground to break and unearth the truth that has been invisible from the eyes of literary students, scholars and researchers until yet. In this regard, you have to make a list of the works that interest you and then the theories that you think will take you to your destination.

It is obvious that you will find a large number of topics that you will think are relevant to create a thesis from. However, it is best to jot them down and discuss them with your supervisor. It is important that you do not expect that your supervisor will know everything about the literary work and theory you have selected. Here comes a point where you have to educate yourself first and then take your supervisor into confidence by explaining him or her about the work, literary theory and their relationship.

The initial steps involve a spirit of accepting rejection too. You have to take this spirit forward too as you may face rejection later when your supervisor does not agree to what you have written. Hard work, conviction and dedication will lead you through the writing process successfully. It will make you become confident of what you are writing and why you are writing it. This way, you will be able to remember the contents of your thesis and will be ready for your viva exam.

You must have realized by now that writing a research thesis in English literature is not easy. Even then it is something that will help you learn and experience the most important moments in the life of an intellectual.

Thank you for your contribution SB.
